1. Booking and Payments

All sessions must be booked in advance.
Payments must be made as per the scheduled plan shared at the time of registration.
Unpaid or delayed payments may lead to cancellation or postponement of sessions.

2. Attendance and Punctuality

Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring regular attendance and punctuality.
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to begin sessions on time.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Inform us of any cancellations at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations may incur a fee or be considered as missed sessions.
Charit Heals reserves the right to modify or cancel sessions in exceptional situations, with prior notice wherever possible.

4. Code of Conduct

We maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for everyone.
Misbehavior or disrespectful conduct toward staff, therapists, or other participants will not be tolerated.
Services may be suspended or discontinued for individuals violating this policy.
